Founded in Oakland, CA, local pinball fanatic (and captain of the Pinbabes), Anna, is bringing the Woman’s only pinball league to our shores. To kick things off they are hosting a tournament, for women and girls only, to benefit Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls at Modern Pinball on Sunday, June 1st.
Sign up in person by 3:45pm, tournament play will begin at 4:00pm.
Suggested donation: $20-30. Includes the cost of game-play, and proceeds will be split between a prize pool and donations to Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls.
Stay and play for free all night long after the tournament ends!
Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls is a non-profit music and mentoring program that empowers girls and women through music education, volunteerism, and activities that foster self-respect, leadership skills, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
