Greg and Jade are hosting a pre-Pinburgh event at Sunshine Laundry. Here’s what they have to say:
Please join us for the Pre-Pinburgh group knockout at Sunshine Laundromat with a launch party style side tournament for Dialed In! Jersey Jack will be in attendance with special prize packages from JJP.
The format for the main event will be a group KO. $20 for player’s ranked in the top 1000, $10 for everyone else. You will play in groups of 4 where the bottom 2 players get strikes each round. Games are randomized on balanced settings, groups are determined by swiss standings. In the case of groups of 3 only the bottom player gets a strike. Play starts at 1 PM and continues until there is a champion, top 4 get paid possibly more based on attendance. A dinner break at 6 PM will allow for the finals of the side tournament.
The side tournament will be a high score competiton launch party style on Dialed In: $5 gets you 3 attempts to record your best possible score. at 6 PM the top 4 players will play a one game final to determine the winner. This side event is not for WPPRs only cash and prizes from Jersey Jack!
Payouts in both main and side will be approximately 40% 30% 20% 10%
Final decisions are that of the tournament directors Greg and Jade based on the official IFPA / PAPA ruleset.
